Aubrey Plaza
Aubrey Plaza was born in 1984. The actress is an American actor and comedian. She is April Ludgate, a character on the television show Parks and Recreation. After doing improv and sketch comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza began her first web-based series through The Jeannie Tate Show. After her debut she went on to was as a character in Judd Apatow Funny People and Scott Pilgrim's vs. World. Today is her birthday. Aubrey Christina Plaza (born in Wilmington Delaware) is the child of Bernadette Plaza, an attorney by profession, and David Plaza a financial consultant. Her mother is Irish and English as was her father, who comes from Puerto Rico. Plaza attended the Catholic girls school from 2002 until 2006 and then went to she attended the Tisch School of the Arts of New York University. In high school, Plaza was the head of the Wilmington Drama League and her school's Student Government. Plaza was paralyzed for some period of time in 2004, following a stroke. The recovery process is now complete. Plaza began performing sketches and improv at New York's Upright Citizens Brigade Theater back in 2004. The Laugh Factory as well The Improv are two places in N.Y.C. where Plaza performed standup comedy. Plaza played in E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street as Robin Gibney, The Jeannie Tate Show with Ben Schwartz and also the debut Terrible Decisions episode. In CollegeHumor Troopers she played a satirical science-fiction character called The Princess. Plaza was the first saxophonist to debut in the film Cassorla's Bona Fide in 2014.
